Executive Assistant and Projects
Chantelle is an Executive Assistant to Partner Ben Apted, and supports the day-to-day management of the Executive Team's activities. With strong project and stakeholder management skills, Chantelle also works on initiatives that support the firm's strategy. She has more than 10 years' experience providing high level support to executives in Hospitality, Construction and not-for-profit sectors. Chantelle holds a Certificate 4 in Business Administration and is currently studying for a Diploma in Business Administration.
Consulting Operations Support
Rachael Shuttleworth manages consulting operations, including contract management, resource scheduling, and the financial management of the firm. Rachael's background includes financial and management accounting, business development and audit. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked in a wide range of industries. She has significant experience in her field of expertise in both Australia and overseas.
Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Erica Josifovski is SPP’s Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the firms Partners Phil Noble and David Mackay. She hasmore than eight years of administrative assistance experience in both Sydney and Melbourne. Erica works across several roles at SPP including administrative support, finance, human resources, events and stakeholder management. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University where she was awarded first class Honours.
Carolyne works closely with the leadership and consulting teams to allocate talent across projects and development work to ensure the best possible project outcomes for SPP's clients. She also oversees consultant capability management and development. Carolyne has more than 10 years' experience in tax and global mobility consulting, advising clients and managing engagements across a broad range of industries, from multinational and ASX top 100 companies through to SMEs. Carolyne holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts with the University of Melbourne.
