Chantelle is an Executive Assistant to the SPP Partners, supporting the day-to-day management of their activities. With her strong project management skills, Chantelle regularly works on projects that support the firm's strategic initiatives. She has more than 10 years' experience providing high level support to executives in Hospitality, Construction and not-for-profit sectors. Chantelle holds a Certificate 4 in Business Administration and is currently studying for a Diploma in Business Administration.
Consulting Operations Support
Rachael Shuttleworth manages consulting operations, including contract management, resource scheduling, and the financial management of the firm. Rachael's background includes financial and management accounting, business development and audit. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has worked in a wide range of industries. She has significant experience in her field of expertise in both Australia and overseas.
Erica Buckley is SPP’s Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the company's Partners. She has over 8 years of administrative assistance experience in both Sydney and Melbourne. Erica works across several roles at SPP including administrative support, finance, human resources, events and managing stakeholders. She has a Bachelor of Commerce – (Honours - Marketing) from Monash University where she was awarded first class Honours and nominated for the Dean’s Honour List.
Carolyne works closely with the leadership and consulting teams to allocate talent across projects and development work to ensure the best possible project outcomes for SPP's clients. She also oversees consultant capability management and development. Carolyne has more than 10 years' experience in tax and global mobility consulting, advising clients and managing engagements across a broad range of industries, from multinational and ASX top 100 companies through to SMEs. Carolyne holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts with the University of Melbourne.
Clarence leads SPP's recruitment function, providing strategic advice on and implementation of the talent attraction, connection and retention cycle. He also drives the successful development and execution of people strategies, including our graduate recruitment and the creation of talent pipelines for future leadership roles. Clarence has more than 10 years' experience in Recruitment and People Development spanning the ANZ, SE Asia and South America regions.
