A strategic thinker and problem solver, Mads is a seasoned strategy professional with more than 14 years’ experience in strategy development and operational performance improvement. He has extensive expertise in diagnosing performance issues and taking a structured approach to developing improvement initiatives and programmes of work.
Tim is an experienced management consultant with 15 years experience and has delivered strategic and business transformation projects with clients primarily in Government, Health and small to medium sized enterprises. These clients typically require an over-investment in effective written communication, powerful analytical insight and stakeholder engagement, which are key skills Tim brings to any client engagement.
Gill has significant experience in strategic planning, business case development, and setting up and running large scale transformation programs for higher education, commercial and NFP clients. She has also spent significant time working in research and development for the energy sector, and both in, and for, the NFP sector.
In his early career, Craig gained experience in Australia, Asia and the Middle East in a wide range of sectors including property, retail, automotive, education, research and the military. Since joining SPP in 2013, Craig has worked on strategic planning, business case and activity costing projects. Craig holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and graduated on the Dean’s Honours List.
Clara has a background in engineering and previously worked in government leading the development of major infrastructure projects. With SPP Clara has worked across the transport and logistics, sports and entertainment, higher education and NFP sectors. She brings functional expertise in business case development, major projects, policy development and program management. Clara holds a MBA from Melbourne Business School and graduated on the Dean’s Honours List.
Michelle has significant experience in strategy, business case/business plan development, and program reviews, particularly for government, higher education and research, and not-for profit sector clients. She is an experienced team leader with a scientific background in the biotechnology sector and is keen to help organisations enhance their capacity for innovation and research impact.
Tim has deep experience scoping, designing and delivering digital programs for Government & Higher Education clients. He’s an astute strategic and transformation planner, supporting clients in Government, Property, Transport and Higher Education develop strategic and service transformation plans. He attended Harvard Business School Executive Education and was awarded a Dean's Commendation during his Bachelor of Finance.
Henry works with clients across multiple sectors to improve decision making by applying robust analytical techniques. Henry’s recent projects include financial reporting and analytics, workforce optimisation, business case and benefit assessment, demand modelling and propensity analysis. Henry’s background is in engineering design of major property and infrastructure developments including the $1.2bn Perth Children’s Hospital, $300m Hopkins Correctional Centre and $1bn+ Emporium Centre in Melbourne.
